By request : SAFETY IN THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE. While a group of Austrailian

meat inspectors stand around in a pub drinking and talking about their

injuries, we are treated to intercut scenes from a meat packing plant. All

the entrails sliding down stainless steel chutes you could ever want to see.

IS A CAREER IN RADIO AND TELEVISION FOR YOU? No talent? No problem!

There's plenty of work behind the scenes for faceless nobodies just like

you!

The remainder of the program is yet to be determined. Some titles under

consideration are:

CRYSTALLIZATION Polarized light microsocopy of various liquid crystal

interactions arranged with 70's style trippy music. With the projector

quaver that makes all the difference.

THE TRANSISTOR British film from 1957 explaning to a vacuum tube world that

everything is about to change. A feast of archaic technology and

laboratories.

BUT JACK WAS A GOOD DRIVER At his graveside, Jacks friends try to puzzle out

how someone like Jack could have had that wreck. Commentary by a very young

Beau Bridges at the end.

SHORTCHANGED Crack teams of shortchange artists are fanning out across

America, duping cashiers out of thousands. Let these nice southern grocery

store cashiers show you how you can protect yourself.

PRODUCTIVITY AND THE SELF FULFILLING PROPHECY. The idea that if you expect

more out of people they will respond by performing better, told by analogy

with the Pygmalion story in high 70's style, with pop graphics, 30s

depression footage, re-enactments and nerdy professors. And clips from (of

course) My Fair Lady.

CHILDREN OF SWITZERLAND Late 30s life in the alpine meadows, making cheese

in a hut with uncle.
