Electronic Computers and Applied Mathematics

Early 1960's

From pebbles on the ground to the mighty RCA 501, the story of counting and

counting machines. An orgy of obsolete technology.

Mathematical Peep Show

1961

Charles and Ray Eames

Five 2-minute films on mathematical topics produced for IBM corporation.

Very stylish, although it's hard to tell what the target age group might

have been.

Shortchanged!

1960s

Evil shortchange artists are fanning across America victimizing unsuspecting

cashiers. Learn how their tricks work so YOUR till isn't short at the end

of the day.

What is Automation?

1965

Assembly line and computer porn. In the future, factories will have almost

no employees. The rest of us will be on permanent vacation.
