Assasination Extra (1963) 8 min. (Silent) : 45 years ago, as news of President Kennedy's assasination came in, an employee of The Houston Chronicle grabbed a 16mm camera and started filming. Edited entirely in the camera, it documents the production of the newspaper extra from the reports arriving on the teletype to the bundles of finished papers being thrown onto trucks for distribution.

Musical Poster No 1 (1939) 3 min. GPO Film Unit: By kinetic artist Len Lye, reputedly the first filmmaker to draw directly on the film stock. Musical Poster No 1 reminds us, in a jolly way, not to let those dirty Nazis know what you're up to.

Toes Tell (1969) 7 min. Brittanica : "...allows boys and girls to talk and write about their feet and how things feel to their toes." With just that touch of eroticism that is so important in reaching the elementary school student.

People, People, People (1973) 4 min. US Bicentennial Commission : Tells the history of America in 4 minutes, with special emphasis on the perfidy of the white man. With a jazz score by Benny Carter.

Trade Tattoo (1937) 6 min. GPO Film Unit: Also by Len Lye. Trade Tattoo celebrates the wonders of the British postal system.

Time Piece (1965) 10 min. Muppets Inc : A witty film by Jim Henson which might be said to be about the importance of timing. Or then again, it might not. You decide!

Turning a Sphere Inside Out (1977) 22 min. Topology Films Project : From the days of primitive computer graphics, illustrates Smale's paradox by means of laboriously constructed models which were then hand digitized to produce a computer visualization.
